Manvel Murder Suspect Waives Hearing

A Manvel man who's facing charges for killing his brother waived his right to a preliminary hearing today.

45-year-old Rodney Chisholm was in Grand Forks County District Court today. He's charged with killing his brother, 59-year-old Donald Chisholm. Both men are from Manvel.

Rodney will be in court later this month for his arraignment.
