GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A judge says a woman accused of providing a gun for a Gilby bank robbery must be tried with a man who allegedly participated in the holdup.

The federal trial for 47-year-old Debra Jensen of Grand Forks and 47-year-old William Collins of Nashville, Tenn., is scheduled for Aug. 24 in Grand Forks. Jensen's lawyers say she didn't know about the bank robbery and should get her own trial.

U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson says a joint trial should give the jury the best perspective on the evidence and lead to a proper conclusion.
