New Commuter Bus Service for Northland Students

There is a new way to get from East Grand Forks to Thief River Falls. Tri-Valley has started a new bus route created to help students traveling between the two Northland Technical colleges.

The new Tri-Valley bus route will run between East Grand Fork and Thief River Falls several times a day during the week. including stops in between including Warren and Alvarado.

It is intended to help ease the commute between the two Northland Technical Colleges campuses. With the deal between the college and Tri-Valley, the service will be free to students and staff. The service will be available to the general public for a nine dollar round trip fee. Tri-Valley officials say it will give commuting students will have more time to study and at the same time save wear and tear on their cars.
