Hallock, MN Man Facing Sexual Conduct Charges
Joshua Johnson, 32, is facing charges after authorities say he inappropriately touched a child under 13-years-old.

Accused of criminal sexual conduct.
A 32-year-old Hallock man is facing charges...after authorities say he inappropriately touched a child under 13-years-old.
Joshua Johnson had his first appearance in Kittson County Court Tuesday.
Johnson faces two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Authorities say in 2005 he inappropriately touched the victim and then again in 2009 or 2010.
