Roosevelt, Minnesota man is dead after crashing into a logging truck

(WDAY TV) - A northern Minnesota man is dead after he collided with a logging truck in Lake of the Woods County yesterday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 31-year-old Kevin Aker, from Roosevelt, was headed east on County Road 8 when he slammed into the side of the truck that was headed north on County Road 2.
The crash happened about 5 miles north of Williams, Minnesota. Aker was thrown from his Geo Prizm and died at the scene. The driver of the truck was not hurt.
