UND, tribal college to establish ties

BELCOURT, N.D. (AP) — The University of North Dakota and Turtle Mountain Community College are establishing ties.

The two schools on Tuesday were signing an agreement that officials said would promote cooperation leading to joint research and service activities.

The agreement also calls for faculty exchanges and the exchange of information and materials.
