Phillip and Donna Eli, both 53 and of Churchs Ferry, ND are being charged with manufacturing a controlled substance.
A Ramsey County Sheriff's Deputy was patrolling the area when he smelled a strong odor of marijuana.
Ramsey County Sheriff Steve Nelson said a search warrant was issued when the deputy found the 60 harvested plants.
The plants have a street value of around $25,000.
Manufacturing a controlled substance is a class B felony.
