Polk County Man Sentenced For Sex With 7-Year-Old
A 60-year-old Polk County man will serve nine months in prison for having sex with a ten-year-old girl.
A 60-year-old Polk County man will serve nine months in prison for having sex with a then seven-year-old girl.
Bernard Charboneau was sentenced on criminal sexual conduct charges this week.
He will also be on probation for 25 years and was fined more than $2,000.
Charboneau will get credit for the 182 days he's already served.
