ND teen accused of threatening girl into sex

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Prosecutors say a Grand Forks teen told a peer that they'd be hurt or killed by drug dealers unless she had sex with him.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Prosecutors say a Grand Forks teen told a peer that they'd be hurt or killed by drug dealers unless she had sex with him.

Eighteen-year-old Ryne Anderson has been charged with terrorizing and alternate counts of gross sexual imposition and sexual imposition.

Court documents say Anderson told the teenage girl that he was in trouble and that drug dealers would come after her, her family and even him if she refused to have sex. She was allegedly ordered not to tell anyone about his problems.

Court documents say Anderson and the girl had sex twice in February, but physical force was not used.

Anderson's attorney, DeWayne Johnston, says no crime occurred because Anderson's story was so unbelievable that the girl couldn't have found any truth to his claims.
