EGF man charged with sexually abusing a young girl

East Grand Forks, Minn. (WDAY TV) - An East Grand Forks man is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl over the course of several years. 40-year-old Paulino Bernal is charged with 5 counts of criminal sexual conduct in Polk County.

East Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - An East Grand Forks man is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl over the course of several years.

40-year-old Paulino Bernal is charged with 5 counts of criminal sexual conduct in Polk County. According to court records, the abuse started when the girl was 8. She's now 17.

She reported the sexual assaults to police last month. Bail for Bernal is set at $200-thousand dollars.
