Middle River Man to be Charged in Federal Court
Darrin Anderson, 35, will be charged in federal court after authorities say he paid a 14-year-old girl for sex.

Accused of paying a minor for sex
Charges in Polk County have been dropped against a Middle River man accused of paying a 14-year-old girl to have sex with him.
He'll now be charged in federal court.
Authorities say 35-year-old Darrin Anderson paid the 14-year-old $300 to meet him at an East Grand Forks hotel.
Police say Anderson gave the girl alcohol before having sex with her.
