20-Year-Old GF Man Pleads Guilty to Stealing Checkbook Out of Car
A Grand Forks man has pleaded guilty to forgery and theft of property charges after authorities say he stole a checkbook. Police also say they found nearly $750 worth of items in the man's car.
A Grand Forks man has pleaded guilty to forgery and theft of property charges after authorities say he stole a checkbook.
20-year-old Douglas Ziegelemann changed his plea today.
He's accused of stealing a checkbook out of a car and using the checks to buy items.
Police say they found nearly $750 worth of items in Ziegelmann's car after it was impounded following a traffic stop.
He had also written a check for $375 to buy something online.
Ziegelmann will be sentenced October 6th.
