Two Teenagers Dead in Williston Murder-Suicide

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — Williston police have classified the shooting deaths of two teenagers who at one time had dated as a murder-suicide.
Police Lt. Mark Hanson says 18-year-old Gabriel Dye shot 16-year-old Anne White in front of her mobile home Monday afternoon with a semiautomatic pistol and then turned the gun on himself.
White was pronounced dead at a Williston hospital. Hanson says Dye died at a Minot hospital or on the way there. Autopsies are planned.
White was a high school junior and Dye was a freshman at Williston State College. Both were from Williston.
