Sanford Health is buying the naming rights to the events center in the Minnesota city of Bemidji.
The Bemidji Pioneer reports that the city will receive $2 million over 10 years and the center will become The Sanford Center.
The anchor tenant for the multi-use facility is Bemidji State University hockey.
Sanford Health was formed by the merger of two health systems in the Dakotas last year. It is headquartered in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Fargo, N.D., and is billed as the nation's largest not-for-profit rural health care provider. It has facilities in Bemidji.
