According to Xcel Energy, crews were able to restore power to the affected customers in Grand Forks at around 9:30 pm.
Winds up to 50 miles an hour caused outages to around 600 people in Grand Forks earlier Wednesday.
The outage in Grand Forks was along South 9th Street and 4th and Cherry.
The National Weather Service says we will soon be out of this windy trend.
"The winds will be very strong Wednesday, wind should start to die down by Thursday," Dave Kellenbenz, a senior meteorologist with NWS said.
"We stayed warm enough in the Red River Valley mainly for just rain especially in Grand Forks, Fargo did pick up a little more snow around an inch possibly two. A lot of slushy accumulations in that area," Kellenbenz said.
Our forecast is looking a bit warmer, with temperatures later in the week expected to reach 40 to 50 degrees.
