Chisholm Pleads Not Guilty to Stealing Farm Equipment
The 45-year-old Manvel, ND man still faces charges for murdering his brother Donald Chisholm.

A Manvel man has pleaded not guilty to stealing farm equipment.
45-year-old Rodney Chisholm is facing two counts of felony theft and ten years in prison.
The dozens of items had been reported stolen over the past few years in Grand
Forks, Cass and Walsh counties and in Minnesota's Marshall and Polk
counties.
Chisholm also faces murder charges for killing his brother, 59-year-old Donald Chisholm.
A pre-trial continuance is set for December 9th for the murder charges.
Chisholm's attorney says they're waiting for results from D-N-A testing.
