Two Winger, MN men have claimed a $30,000 Minnesota lottery ticket they bought in Fosston.

Two Winger, MN men have claimed a $30,000 Minnesota lottery ticket they bought in Fosston. The Minnesota State Lottery says that Trevor Omang and Steven Courneya of Winger claimed the winning YAHTZEE scratch ticket last week. The ticket was purchased at T Bears gas station/convenience store in Fosston.
