BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — An insurance agent who pleaded guilty to conning a Grand Forks real estate company into paying more than $64,000 for nonexistent home policies has lost his license to operate.

North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm says he revoked the license of David Glessner and MAG Insurance, under which Glessner operates.

Glessner is to be sentenced Nov. 24. He earlier reached a plea agreement with prosecutors that calls for him to make restitution, serve four months of electronic home monitoring and spend four years on supervised probation.

Hamm says Glessner waived his right to an administrative hearing and consented to the revocation. A telephone listing for Glessner was disconnected Monday.
