The UND Memorial Union was turned into a Jeopardy viewing party.
Stephanie Gagelin, a sophomore Clinical Lab Sciences major, made her debut on Jeopardy.
She is one of 15 college students to make it.
Being on the game show was a lifelong dream of hers, and knowing the answers was not as hard as being the first to buzz in.
Friends and family were on-hand to cheer her on, and so were UND President and First Lady, Robert and Marcia Kelley.
Gagelin came in third with a score of 13,999.
Even though she will not advance, the viewing party was still a lot of fun.
"It's just such an exciting feeling, knowing I was just on TV. Everyone I know wanted to see it so bad," said Gagelin.
Gagelin is thinking about buying a camera with part of the $5,000 she won.
