Man Sentenced in Grand Forks Robbery and Assault
A Grand Forks man connected with a robbery and assault in Grand Forks will serve one year in jail and be on supervised probation for five years.
A Grand Forks man connected with a robbery and assault in Grand Forks will serve one year in jail and be on supervised probation for five years.
22-year-old Craig Anderson was sentenced to charges of contact by bodily fluids, possession of drug paraphernalia and robbery Monday.
The charges stem from a May 14th incident when police got a call that two people had been robbed and one assaulted on North Washington Street.
In September, the two others involved in the incident were sentenced. 22-year-old Derek Metzger was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of supervised probation, while 40-year-old Ann Marie McKay was ordered to serve four months in jail and two years of unsupervised probation.
