A 65-year-old Devils Lake man will spend 3 years in jail after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition.

A 65-year-old Devils Lake man will spend 3 years in jail after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition.

Clint Campbell admitted in court that he had sexual contact with a girl younger than 15 over a period of two years, beginning in June of 2008.

Campbell was arrested in March of 2010 and was originally charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child but agreed to plead guilty to the lesser charge of gross sexual imposition.

Campbell was also given 7 years of supervised probation.
