Rape Trial Begins in Polk County

The trial for a Crookston man accused of rape started today.
Patrick Scott Junior is charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
The Polk County Sheriff's Department says Scott took a 24 year old woman from her home in Winger to some nearby woods and raped her.
The woman escaped and reported it to the sheriff's department.
He faces up to 30 years in prison on each count.
