The Center for Innovation's vice president, Tom Kenville announced on December 1st, the opening of a new North American Simlat office.
The Israeli company will open at the Center For Innovation at The University of North Dakota.
The process to get Simlat to grand forks has taken three years.
Many people played a role in getting it, including The Department of Commerce
Kenville said this could mean big things, including new jobs for Grand Forks.
"Should be really exciting and I'm looking forward to having the president of Simlat here to introduce him around the community," said Kenville.
The ribbon cutting ceremony is December 2nd at 11:30 am at UND's Center for Innovation.
