FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo police say an autopsy has confirmed a dentist found dead in his home earlier this week died of a head injury, and they are looking for a pickup seen pulling a silver Porsche from the area.
The body of Philip Gattuso was found in his home Monday night, after he failed to pick up his 3-year-old daughter from a day care.
Police found his silver Porsche Boxster convertible missing.
In a statement Wednesday, police said a pickup pulling a flatbed trailer with a silver Porsche was seen leaving the area late Monday morning.
The pickup is described as a black or dark mid- to late 1990's Chevy or GMC pickup with a vinyl box cover pulling a flatbed trailer. The missing Porsche has North Dakota license plate 2KRYSIS.
Police said Gattuso's home appeared to have been ransacked.
The 49-year-old Gattuso was a periodontist, a dentist who specializes in gum disease.
