Berg, Hoevan among richest members of Congress

Two North Dakota lawmakers are among the 50 wealthiest members of congress. "Roll Call" says the pockets run deep for Senator John Hoeven and Congressman Rick Berg. Hoeven's wealth is estimated at almost $8 million. That ranks 42nd. Hoeven is the son of a Minot banker, and joined the family business out of college. Berg's wealth is, at a minimum, more than $21 million. He ranks 13th on Roll Call's list. Berg is the founding partner and executive of real estate company Goldmark.

"Roll Call" says it's impossible to calculate exact wealth. It says Berg could be worth as much as $59 million. And Hoeven could be worth almost $53 million. Texas Rep. Michael McCauley tops the list at almost $295 million.
