Amsterdam, NY (WDAY TV) --In upstate New York.....An incredible tornado caught on tape yesterday.

The tornado touched down one week after Irene caused flooding and damage in the region.There aren't any reports of serious injuries.... But some structures are damaged. State Police and search & rescue teams were already in the area on Irene assignments
