Man Arrested After Trying to Pass Through Border with Marijuana Taped to Leg

Customs and Border Patrol officers arrested a 24-year-old International Falls, MN, man after he tried to enter the U.S. with 46 grams of marijuana taped to his leg.

Customs and Border Patrol officers arrested a 24-year-old International Falls, MN, man after he tried to enter the U.S. with 46 grams of marijuana taped to his leg.

The Border Patrol says Gerald Kantor was crossing the border at the International Falls port of entry on Saturday, December 11 at around 12:30 p.m. on foot when he was pulled aside for a secondary examination. During the inspection, officers noticed the marijuana taped to Kantor's leg.

The marijuana was seized and Kantor was arrested and turned over to the Koochiching County Sheriff's Officer for prosecution.
