City Of Devils Lake Bans Smoking
The Devils Lake City Commission banned smoking in all public places in the city at its meeting Monday night. The ban is effective July 1.

The Devils Lake City Commission banned smoking in all public places in the city at its meeting Monday night.
The ban passed the smoking ban with a vote of 3 to 2. The ban is effective July 1.
A public advisory vote on the smoking ban was taken during last month's mid-term elections.
58-percent of the people who voted were in favor of the ban.
