BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Passenger boardings at North Dakota's eight commercial airports set a record this past month.
The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission says boardings for November hit 64,475, an increase of 11.6 percent from the previous November.
Aviation Planner Brad Fields says the state's strong economy, holiday traffic and competitive airline service have contributed to the growth.
Flights are also filling more seats than last year. The load factor for November was 66 percent, up four percentage points from last November.
