FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Minneapolis man has pleaded guilty in a conspiracy to deal drugs in North Dakota.
Tomas Pacheco-Medina is charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Authorities say he distributed more than 500 grams of methamphetamine and marijuana in the Red River Valley area
The 20-year-old Pacheco-Medina faces a maximum sentence of life in prison, with a minimum mandatory term of 10 years.
Sentencing has been scheduled for Feb. 25 in Fargo.
