Wahpeton man charged with negligent homicide for role in September motorcycle crash

Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - A Wahpeton man is being charged with negligent homicide for his role in a fatal motorcycle accident in September.

A Wahpeton man is being charged with negligent homicide for his role in a fatal motorcycle accident in September. 34 year old David Berning was the driver of a motorcycle when it collided with another. His passenger, 25-year old Mallie Breuer fell off the back and died. Berning is also being charged with operating a vehicle under the influence. The driver of the other cycle, 27 year-old Ryan Breuer, may also face a drunk driving charge.
