It's the 16th annual Christmas Festival at Heritage Village in East Grand Forks. Visitors made old fashioned ornaments, looked at miniature train displays, and listened to elementary students sing holiday songs.
Teri Hamarback, who took part in the festival, says, “The weather has really held for us. That makes it really nice. We've got young kids sing so the parents come, the grandparents come and they bring all their kids with, which makes it wonderful.”
