Man missing on Jamestown Reservoir
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a missing persons report involving a 50-year-old male. The individual was last reported ice fishing on the Jamestown Reservoir Sunday morning. He did not return to his home Sunday evening.By: Sun Staff, Jamestown Sun
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a missing persons report involving a 50-year-old male. The individual was last reported ice fishing on the Jamestown Reservoir Sunday morning. He did not return to his home Sunday evening.
Chad Kaiser, sheriff of Stutsman County, did not release the individual's name or the location on the reservoir where he was reported to be fishing.
Kaiser said the investigation is continuing. The Jamestown Fire Department, which maintains a team of search and rescue divers, was called to the station at about 8:30 a.m. Monday.
