Air Mobility Commander Visits UND

The commander of the Air Mobility Command for the US Air Force visited UND to take a look at the Unmanned Aerial Systems Center today.

The commander of the Air Mobility Command for the US Air Force visited UND to take a look at the Unmanned Aerial Systems Center today.

General Raymond Johns Junior toured the University to see out how the school is progressing in its UAV work.

Department heads and students presented progress reports on UAV technology and physiology.

General Johns says UND ahead of the game.

"So we are all different applications and your actually taking a more realistic approach with the training, the application and the law. You will provide a corpus of foundation that we can apply across the spectrum.

UND is also researching the impact of UAV flying on pilots.
