Gov. Dalrymple Directs Flags Flown at Half-Staff

Gov. Jack Dalrymple today directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff until sunset, January 14, to honor the victims of the tragedy that occurred in Tucson, Arizona on Saturday.

In accordance with a presidential proclamation, Gov. Jack Dalrymple today directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff until sunset, January 14, to honor the victims of the tragedy that occurred in Tucson, Arizona on Saturday.

“The tragedy that occurred in Tucson this past weekend not only impacted that community and the state of Arizona, but it impacted all Americans and struck at the core of what we hold dear in this country,” said Dalrymple. “We stand united with our fellow Americans in Tucson and our hearts and prayers go out to the victims of this unspeakable tragedy.”
