ND man accused of molesting 5-year-old

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Rolla man is accused of sexually abusing a 5-year-old.

The Grand Forks Herald reports (http://bit.ly/uWXZFg ) 35-year-old Aaron Lavallie was arraigned Tuesday in district court in Rollette County.

Lavallie is facing a charge of gross sexual imposition and also child neglect and abuse. A court complaint says the sexual acts took place from Aug. 2010 to April 2011 in St. John.
