Fergus Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Fergus Falls man was put behind bars after police say he started to strangle a woman. Police say 20 year old Charles Martin Schleeter was talking about relationship issues with the woman, when it escalated from an argument to a physical altercation.
Schleeter was arrested for felony domestic assault by strangulation. The incident happened Monday around 3 in the afternoon, at Schleeter's home in the 300 block of South Cascade Street.
