A Fargo man accused of drunk driving and speeding is held at gunpoint before being arrested.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man accused of drunk driving and speeding is held at gunpoint before being arrested. Just after 2 a.m., a West Fargo officer tried to stop 26 year old Justin Rud for speeding in the 1600 block of Ninth Street East.
Rud was clocked going 65 in a 35. Instead of stopping, Rud drove three to five blocks before stopping in an Amber Valley Parkway apartment lot.
The officer held him at gunpoint until backup arrived. Rud faces drunk driving and fleeing charges.
