BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota has its first confirmed swine flu case of the season.
State Health Department spokesman Kirby Kruger says the case of H1N1 virus was reported within about the past week. Details haven't been released.
Department data show that overall, there have been 80 confirmed cases of all types of flu in the state this season.
