WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — Both the prosecution and defense have rested their cases in the trial of a North Dakota man accused of murder and attempted murder in a bar shooting.

Forty-six-year-old Steven Rowland is accused of killing customer Gordon Vosberg last St. Patrick's Day at the Four Corners Bar in Wyndmere when Vosberg tried to intervene in a dispute between Rowland and the bar's owner. Authorities say Rowland had been trying to buy the bar from Robert Faber Jr.

KBMW radio reports that the jury was getting the case Thursday following closing arguments by attorneys.
