Two Deaths Investigated in Circle Pines, MN

CIRCLE PINES, Minn. (AP) — Authorities in the northern Twin Cities are investigating the deaths of two people found in a town home in Circle Pines.
The Anoka County sheriff's office says police were sent Wednesday to check on a woman who had not reported to work. Officers forced their way into the home and found the bodies of a 36-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman.
Authorities say the couple had a past romantic relationship but were now living apart. Their names have not been released.
The sheriff's office says public safety is not believed to be at risk.
