For one group, Sunday was more than just a game, it was about learning from each other.
26-year-old James Wolfgram has been going to The Listen Center for more than 5 years.
"I'm actually going for the Packers, because I got 3 teams I like: the Cowboys, Packers and Patriots.," Wolfgram said.
Wolfgram said he loves going to the center's Super Bowl party. He gets to make friends, some memories and cheer for his team.
"The food, the TV and how they bring stuff," Wolgram said.
The Center has been helping people with disabilities for more than 40 years in Grand Forks. Each year it holds a party with nearly 100 sports fans showing up.
"A lot of people get involved, people with and without disabilities, so it's a great place to come and kind of learn about people with disabilities," Recreational Assistant Megan Hanson said.
Game day is a day some of these sports enthusiasts look forward to all year.
"They wear jersies, if you can see out there they all have like Steeler hats or their face painted. So they get all excited about watching the game," Hanson said.
No matter who wins, fans like Wolgram will not be disappointed.
"If they lose I'm going to be mad, but it's just a game. I'm hoping we can actually get the Packers to win," Wolgram said.
