UND Students Look Into Other Cultures at Study Abroad FairUND students are learning a lesson outside the classroom on how they can study abroad.
Students got information at UND's Study Abroad Fair about how they can spend a semester or year in places like France, Italy or Spain.
Students pay regular UND tuition for most program, offered every semester.
An advisor says studying abroad means more than just earning credits towards a major.
"In the, I suppose in the global environment we live in today we think it's very important for students to have access to other cultures and get to know other cultures," said Jane Sykes-Wilson, an education abroad advisor.
Students have to pay for plane tickets and housing.
