Grand Forks Man Reaches Plea Agreement After Allegedly Exposing Himself to Young Girls
A man charged with exposing himself to a group of 8 and 9-year-old girls in Grand Forks has changed his plea to guilty and has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

A man charged with exposing himself to a group of 8 and 9-year-old girls in Grand Forks has changed his plea to guilty and has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.
29-year-old Michael Novak faces two charges: solicitation of a minor and indecent exposure.
The criminal complaint says Novak exposed himself to the girls on August 15, 2010.
It also says Novak offered one of the girls $200 for oral sex.
If the judge accepts the plea agreement, Novak will spend three years in prison.
He'll be sentenced March 1st.
