Grand Forks Restaurant Manager Accused of Embezzlement

A manager of the Grizzly's restaurant in Grand Forks is accused of stealing more than $10,400 from the business. Kevin Gibbs, 39, is due in court Feb. 25 on a felony theft charge.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A manager of the Grizzly's restaurant in Grand Forks is accused of stealing more than $10,400 from the business.

Kevin Gibbs, 39, is due in court Feb. 25 on a felony theft charge. A telephone listing for him could not be found and it was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.

Another manager at the restaurant last December noticed a missing bank deposit, and officials audited other bank deposits that were Gibbs' responsibility.

He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
