DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A former elementary school custodian in Dickinson has pleaded not guilty to luring a minor.
Thirty-eight-year-old Tyler Wilson is accused of trying to lure a child for sex in December. The Dickinson Press reports that he allegedly texted someone younger than 15, asking for photographs and requesting sex.
Stark County State's Attorney Tom Henning says Wilson was still employed by the school at the time of the alleged incident. Henning says the child wasn't physically harmed.
School Superintendent Doug Sullivan says Wilson has been terminated.
Wilson faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. His attorney, Kevin McCabe, declined comment.
