Mother busted for smoking pot by her daughter reaches a plea
Grafton, ND (WDAY TV) -- The woman who was busted for smoking pot by her 4-year old daughter, has reached a plea agreement.
Grafton, ND (WDAY TV) -- The woman who was busted for smoking pot by her 4-year old daughter, has reached a plea agreement.
21-year old Kaitlyn Campbell of Grafton will serve 2-months in jail, and pay more than 500-dollars in fines.
Authorities say Campbell was busted during a routine traffic stop
January 19th. During the stop, the 4-year old said "Mommy smokes weed all the time," and identified a pipe belonging to her mom.
Campbell and 20-year old Jessica Gordon of Park River were both charged in the case.
