UND, Grand Forks AFB to Sign Lease Agreement for Unmanned Aircraft Training Center

Senator John Hoeven's office is calling it a historic agreement between UND and the Grand Forks Air Force Base.
The University of North Dakota will use a building on the Grand Forks Air Force Base to learn about Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
UND officials will sign a lease agreement with the base Saturday.
They will use the base building for UAS research, education and training.
Senator Hoeven's office says the agreement advances the missions of both the Grand Forks Air Force Base and UND Aerospace and helps elevate the region as a hub for the UAS industry.
