FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The FBI and Fargo police are investigating after a man made threats against the government.
Employees at a Sanford Occupational Health Clinic called police after a man who was there for a drug screening said he was upset with the government and talked about making a chemical bomb.
Workers say the man had a distinct chemical odor on his clothing. He left before police arrived.
