Two Men Face Federal Conspiracy, Gun Charges

Two men, 22-year-old Scott Razmyslowski and 19-year-old Joshua Hulst, who were arrested in a drug bust in Grand Forks in December, are now facing federal charges.

Two men arrested in a drug bust in Grand Forks in December are now facing federal charges.

22-year-old Scott Razmyslowski and 19-year-old Joshua Hulst are charged with conspiring to deal cocaine and methamphetamine with three men from St. Paul.

They're also charged with possessing a gun while committing a drug-trafficking crime.

Police and narcotics task force officers from Grand Forks and Polk Counties were at their apartment with a search warrant in December.

Prosecutors say over $18,000 in cash was seized along with the controlled substances.
